ORIENTATION LEADER
Elyse is a mathematics educator and researcher with roots in Georgia and the Carolinas, she earned her B.S. in Mathematics in Georgia and her M.A.T. in Middle Level Mathematics Education in South Carolina, where she also earned her teaching license. She tutored mathematics and ACT/SAT test preparation across Georgia and both Carolinas for ten years, then taught middle and high school mathematics in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, for five years. She now lives in North Carolina, where she earned her Ph.D. from North Carolina State University and teaches upper school mathematics at Cary Academy.
